Samsung jet s8003 and s8000 hang-freeze problem

finally i got the reason and the solution for
samsung jet hang/freeze problem, it’s not the temperature nor the
memory card nor the software, it is the touch


i sent the mobile to the company to fix this hang


1- they upgrade the software but still hangs
2- they checked the mobile without memory card and without sim


Finally

they changed the touch part in the mobile screen and it’s finally solved



note :


If
it's just hard to Mobile issue alive and hangs due to go into the water,
his solutions to replace touch screen mobile phone with a new...
